★ Implement technical plans, research and develop new products and update existing products;
★ Summarize technical research and development and product production experience, continuously improve product performance, update products, and ensure the advantages of technology and products;

★ Assist the R&D manager and deputy manager to improve existing products and develop new products. The products mainly cover admixture products in the fields of hard rock mines, subways and tunnels, including but not limited to shield tail sealing grease, wet spraying concrete, soil improvement foam, concrete repair, waterproof spraying materials, etc.
★ According to the company's development strategy, assist the product R&D department leader to formulate product R&D plans and implementation plans
★ Implement technical plans, research and develop new products and update existing products
